the last two sundays were spent on the inter-college soccer tournament. we actually did really well. us girls bagged the second spot. not bad for a a team with only three soccer literate players.
the wednesday just passed was PROSH. its like this massive 'flag day'. only instead of selling stickers like we do in singapore, students from the unis gather (all voluntary) in their wackiest get-ups (clothing nearly optional) at four in the morning and head to the city, peddling this super trashy news publication.
you see cross dressers and mummys among others, stopping vehicles in the middle of the main street, holding up the rest of the traffic, just to sell the papers. it was an awesome experience.
rugby's this sunday morning. and its ten times worse than soccer. i wish i had paid more attention to the only ac rugby match i had ever watched. but the hunky coach makes up for most of it.
mid sems are every other week. horrid. i really shouldn't be online now. blogging even.
i finally stayed off caffeine for once today. i must say, it feels so good to be clear of it. it was messing up my head so badly.
i actually counted. 60 odd days left to homecoming.
..maybe that isn't exactly the most appropriate word. somehow, i'm just so not looking forward to it. i mean, i miss singapore. i do. but the prospect of return-returning next sem is terrible. it would be great if this sem would drag on for a really really long time. like say, 2 years or more.
i can't imagine how next sem will be. but definitely really different. and for sure, it won't and can't possibly get better than this.
star wars is almost out here. yay!
and paris hilton is actually starring in a reel professional movie.
